TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The commissioned work is for personal use only. The client must not claim the artwork as their own unless the client pay for commercial uses of price.
- I will draw fanart and original character from your own idea.
- I will NOT draw elder character, NSFW/18+ stuffs, anthro, gore, heavy Mecha, and imitating other artist styles.
- I can also refuse to draw your character or idea if I feel that I would not be able to draw it properly.
- Please prepare detailed references, such as a drawing, photos, pose preferences, and color mood/atmosphere before sending a message
- I sent out an invoice through dm/email (IDR) or PayPal (USD) after you sent the references.
- No refund and cancelation after payment
- You will get a full refund if the artist cancels your commission artist will contact asap by e-mail or social media.
- Minor adjustments(colors, adding/subtracting/adjusting small details) to the commission are for free. If the changes are big (regarding pose, composition, perspective), you will have to pay an additional fee.
- I usually don't spend more than 3 weeks on a commission. Depending on how complex and how many other projects I am working on at the moment.
- I regularly email or dm updates about the progress through your email or dm, so be sure to check your email frequently because I need your feedback to continue
- You should let me know if the commission is time-sensitive in any way. (gift for birthday, deadlines, etc.) Tight deadline will incur additional charges
- I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.
- Price is per characterREGARDING RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK
- You are free to post the finished commission on your own social media or website by providing proper credits.
- Please do not remove watermark or signature.
- Remember to credit and link back to me. Don't claim it as your own. If you post it, post the one that has my watermark on it.
- All commissions will be posted on my social media and become one of my portfolios. (It is possible to ask for the commission to be kept private or have it post at a later date.)** COMMERCIAL USES*
- You will have exclusive rights to use for business or to reproduce in any kind of media.
- You can remove watermarks or signature if posted online in social media or any other websites.
- The commissioned work charged start from 50% to 2x of the original amount depending on commercial uses of art will be used for (ex. original price $80 x 2 = $160). You could dm me first.What do you get?
The final piece will be watermarked (big wm and small wm)with a high-resolution PNG file

PAYMENT

- Full payment or minimum of 50% payment up front is required.
- Artist will start working on your commission once the payment has been received.
- You are not allowed a refund once the artist started working on the commission and the payment is sent.
- You will get a full refund if the artist cancels your commission *artist will contact asap by e-mail or social media.
- Payment will be done via Paypal (USD), BRI (IDR).
